You are going to need to try this. Since I have been running mostly in the morning while training for this marathon I have also been very hungry for the first half of the day. My usual bowl of cereal just wasn't really cutting it anymore. So I went in search for a more filling, and still healthy breakfasts. Behold the golden combination of delicious flavors. Plus it is a great combination or carbs and protein for refueling.
Cereal (Bran flakes work great) + Plain Yogurt + 1/2 Banana + Spoonful of Peanut Butter
Mix and Enjoy.
Seriously you need to trust me on this one.
