Marathon Training - Week 3

Monday - P90X Kenpo
Tuesday - Ran 4.3 miles.  I passed three boys on an uphill. That felt good.  Today when I wanted to slow down I just kept telling myself "don't be a wimp" it worked really well.
Wednesday - 4.3 miles. 76 degrees at 6:30 am. I feel like it should be cooler as a reward for getting up so early.
Thursday - Ran 4.1 miles, today was rough, I just wasn't really feeling it.
Friday -Rest
Saturday - 7.1 miles. It was hot.
