Marathon Training - Week 4

Monday - Running in New York. Between 4 and 5 miles, I'm not exactly sure how far we went.
Tuesday - P90X Yoga (so boring).  I was feeling the need to stretch but this is just boring.
Wednesday - 4.3 miles, tried to run this faster than my comfortable pace, succeeded, but was a sweaty monster.
Thursday - P90X Plyometrics.
Friday - 3.3 miles. Today I saw a couple running while actually holding hands.  While I recognize that this takes great skills of balance, it just should not be done. Ever. It is just weird.
Saturday - 9 miles. This is the furthest Joseph has ever run.  Today's run went really well, we made sure to start off slow and get water breaks along the way.  We both felt great afterwards.
