Marathon Training - Week 6

Monday - Jillian Michael's Shred + Ab RipperX
Tuesday - 3.3 miles
Wednesday - 6 miles
Thursday - 3 miles, 1.5 miles pushing my three year old niece, not nearly as easy as it looks
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - 8 miles, being out of town we didn't really know where to run so we ended up running a three mile loop twice and a two mile loop once in the town of Belmont, NC.  It was a really cute town, but it was hot and humid. By the end of the run I was completely drenched, although this seems to be happening on most of my runs these days.  It's really attractive. This week was a step back week in our training, it is supposed to help prepare us for our 12 miles run the next week.
